Gregory Williams is Principal and Co-Founder of Cardinal Point. Mr. Williams is involved in all facets of Cardinal Point’s business, but his primary roles include overseeing acquisitions, development projects, debt and equity structuring, asset management, and investor relations.
Prior to co-founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, developer, and property manager as a professional in the development and capital markets areas of the firm.
Mr. Williams served on the National Board of Directors for NAIOP from 2019-2024, is Past President and serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP Tampa Bay, is Past President and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Council (“REIC”) Tampa Bay and serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board at the University of Florida. Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
Rufus Williams IV is Principal and Co-Founder of Cardinal Point. Mr. Williams is involved in all facets of Cardinal Point’s business, but his primary role is overseeing asset management, executing asset repositioning plans post-closing, and investor relations.
From 2001-2004, Mr. Williams worked on Wall Street as an Investment Banker in the Financial Institutions Group at JP Morgan. Mr. Williams worked for Sandler O’Neill + Partners from 2004-2007 where he was actively involved in over $7 billion in M&A and Debt & Equity Capital Markets transactions. From 2007-2009, he was a founding partner of Hudson Insurance Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on insurance-related investments that was backed by large institutional investors. Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Mr. Liszt earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University where he was a Goodwin Scholar. Mr. Liszt is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Prior to joining Cardinal Point, Mr. Liszt practiced law in the areas of Real Estate, Finance, Secured Lending, and Business.
Mr. Moskovitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Cardinal Point, Mr. Moskovitz worked for Ocean Properties Ltd., a privately owned, international hotel management, and investment company.
Director of Construction Services
Justin McSweeney is Director of Construction Services. In this role he oversees all construction and repositioning projects on behalf of Cardinal Point and manages relationships with third-party general contractors and sub-contractors. In this role he has overseen ground-up new construction projects, interior build out projects for numerous Fortune 500 corporations, and a variety of other projects.
Mr. McSweeney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and has worked in the construction industry since 2004.
Ms. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of South Florida where she also completed several Graduate Level Accounting Courses. Ms. Marks has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years primarily as a Financial Controller, performing these duties for a variety of institutional owners including: TA Realty Associates, Traveler’s Insurance, Metropolitan Life, and Aetna Life Insurance.
