Brokerage Services
Cardinal Point is a licensed real estate broker with multiple licensed agents. Cardinal Point’s experienced team of professionals have extensive experience representing and negotiating complex transactions including lease agreements, acquisitions, sales, debt financing, and equity joint ventures. Cardinal Point is actively involved in numerous real estate professional organizations including NAIOP, ICSC, ULI, SOREP, and REIC Tampa Bay. Cardinal Point utilizes CoStar, LoopNet, MLS, and various other online marketing tools in addition to the personal relationships developed over years of transactional experience.

Asset Management
Asset management services at Cardinal Point are a natural extension of the leasing and property management functions. Construction Management
Cardinal Point has an experienced construction management staff that can effectively and efficiently oversee improvements at specific properties. Services often include the bidding and selection of architects, engineers, and tenant improvement or capital improvement contractors. Property Accounting
Cardinal Point utilizes Yardi Voyager as its accounting system platform. Detailed client reports are available on a monthly basis for individual properties or a specified portfolio of assets. Standard reports include an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Variance Analysis relative to Annual Budgets, Bank Statements, Aged Receivables and Payables, Rent Rolls, and Leasing Reports. Reports can be modified and customized based upon client preferences. Furthermore, the detailed and comprehensive accounting protocols of the Cardinal Point team help ensure that all eligible tenant expenses are appropriately allocated to maximize the NOI at a specific property.
